What is your returns policy?
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return any unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with the original tags still attached within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund to your original payment method. After 30 days, we can only offer an exchange or store credit for returns made within 60 days of delivery. We cannot accept returns after 60 days.
How do I make a return?
To initiate a return, please visit our Returns Center. You will need your order number and the email address used to place the order. Our online system will guide you through the process and provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. Returns must be sent back using our provided label.
Do you offer free returns?
Yes, we provide a prepaid return shipping label for your convenience. The cost of this label will be deducted from your final refund amount.
How long will it take to process my return?
Once we receive your return at our warehouse, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. You will receive an email notification as soon as your return has been processed. The timing for the refund to appear in your account will then depend on your bank or card issuer.
What if my item is faulty or damaged?
We are sorry to hear if an item has arrived faulty or damaged. Please contact our customer service team immediately so we can resolve this for you. In these cases, we will cover the full cost of the return and offer a replacement or full refund.
Can I return sale items?
Yes, sale items can be returned for an exchange or store credit only, provided they meet our standard return conditions of being unworn and with original tags attached.
Can I exchange an item?
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Our recommendation is to return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order for the correct size or item you wish to have.
What if I received an incorrect item?
If you have received an item you did not order, please get in touch with our customer service team. We will provide a prepaid return label and process the correct item or a refund for you as quickly as possible.
My return was lost in the mail, what can I do?
We are not liable for return packages that are lost in transit. We highly recommend that you use our provided prepaid return label and keep your proof of postage until your return has been fully processed.
I returned my package, but I haven’t heard anything.
It can take several business days for your return to be logged into our system after it arrives at our warehouse. If it has been more than 10 business days since the tracking shows it was delivered and you have not received a confirmation email, please contact us and we will investigate for you.
